The Defendinf Champion "Daisuke Naito"

There was defending boxing match recently. Defending champion is Daisuke Naito. In my opinion, I want him to win this boxing match because he has difficulty with life for a long time. For example, he was persecuted in junior high school but he began to do boxing after he graduated high school. And so he accomplished champion. Being boxing champion is very difficult for other people. But he did it! Besides he defended his title 5times. Therefore, he studied and practice boxing very hard. So, I want to support for him. I will support for him long. But he lost boxing match to Koki Kameda recently. I’m very sad. However, Daisuke Naito accomplished achievement to defended boxing match 5times. So, I admire him.

How I Study for an Exam

When I study for an exam, I usually expect important points. First, I pick out words from class when we often read or study. Second, I relate other points to those expectant points. Third, I memorize those words and sentence. If I feel exam worry, I extend to 2 or 3 times for study time. However, I don’t study a long time. Therefore, I study for an exam one day before such as listening to an exam day. But there are ways to study for a long time, such as listening to my favorite music. So, I usually listen to music before studying for an exam. However, even though I study for exams for 3 or 4 hours, I still mostly get a bad score in the end.

Kisho Kurokawa

Kisho Kurokawa was born in 1953. He was from in Aichi prefecture. When he was at Tokyo university, He founded a design company in 1962. And, he began to design about 63 buildings. Therefore, he became famous for building design and got many awards. He designed especially buildings about city in his works. However, he had an other side job as a thinker and politician. He was a person of many gifts. However, trouble be found in his body on October 11, 2007. At 8:42 am on October 12, when he was 74 years old, he died of heart failure.

Bad Health Habits

Bad health habits can bring an abyss of grief. There are relationship between this and our bodies. There are four main causes of bad health, over eating, badly-balanced diet, not enough exercise, and a bad life.
The first cause of bad health is over eating. For example, we don’t confirm the number of calories; therefore, we over eat before we know it.
Another cause of reason why don’t have a well-balanced diet. For example, we food likes and dislikes, so we don’t have a well-balanced diet.
The third cause of reason why don’t exercise. For example, we don’t like exercise and don’t move our body, so we get a lot of fat on our body soon.
In conclusion, bad health habits is not good. We should eat a well-balanced diet, should exercise, and should what we measure eat. If we do that, we can have a health body and life.
