Bad Health Habits

Bad health habits can bring an abyss of grief. There are relationship between this and our bodies. There are four main causes of bad health, over eating, badly-balanced diet, not enough exercise, and a bad life.
The first cause of bad health is over eating. For example, we don’t confirm the number of calories; therefore, we over eat before we know it.
Another cause of reason why don’t have a well-balanced diet. For example, we food likes and dislikes, so we don’t have a well-balanced diet.
The third cause of reason why don’t exercise. For example, we don’t like exercise and don’t move our body, so we get a lot of fat on our body soon.
In conclusion, bad health habits is not good. We should eat a well-balanced diet, should exercise, and should what we measure eat. If we do that, we can have a health body and life.
